Vrat Ka Masala


In festive season we need such spices that we can use in our meals. These spices are called falahari masala. These spices can be used in fruit salad, aloo chaat and kuttu chaat. In this masala, rock salt is used. So let's know about this masala.


Ingredients:

  • Coriander Leaves - as your requirement or 1 kg

  • Green Chilli - 100 g

  • Ginger - 50 g

  • Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp

  • Rock Salt - 1 tsp

  • Black Pepper - ½ tsp


Instructions:

  • Clean and wash well coriander leaves.

  • Chop coriander leav

  • Wash green chilli.

  • Remove stalk or petiole of green chillies.

  • Cut into two piece.

  • Cut ginger in julienne.

  • Place coriander leaves, green chilli and ginger in sunlight and dry these well.

  • When all these dried well, blend or make in powder form.

  • Add cumin seeds and rock salt as mentioned in ingredients.

  • Mix well.

  • Store in a airtight container.
