Eggless Vanilla Ice Cream




Easy homemade vanilla ice cream recipe without eggs. It combines the perfect balance of whole milk and heavy cream to still give you a great scoopable texture without having eggs.

You have to do is dissolve the sugar completely into the milk. Then stir in the cream, vanilla.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups milk

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • ¾ cup white sugar

  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch

Milk & sugar must be blended well until all sugar is dissolved. If this step is not followed or skipped then the ice cream will turn hard and rocky after freezing.

  1. Cook the milk till it gets thick.

  2. Make a slurry of 2 tbsp corn starch with ½ cup of milk and cook until it comes into a creamy texture.

  3. Add sugar until the sugar has dissolved.

  4. Tum off the flame and let it cool down.

  5. Whisk 1 cup whipping cream til it's soft peak.

  6. Mix cream with ice-cream mixture.

  7. Add the vanilla extract

  8. Transfer the mixture to a measuring cup, . Cover with cling film to avoid ice crystals. Chill overnight.

  9. When icecream is done, garnish with chopped dry fruits.

  10. Serve immediately and enjoy😋.
