Suji Crunchy Toast/Rusk




Hello folks, a perfect recipe for all those who love toast. So I am sharing a recipe of Suji Toast in kadai. I will help you all to know how to prepare it. I will guide you with all processes involved and ingredients involved in making of the tastiest , crunchy Suji Toast you will ever prepare.


Ingredients:

  • Semolina - 1 cup

  • Milk - ¾ cup

  • Sugar - 3 tbsp

  • Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp

  • Baking Powder - ½ tsp

Instructions:

  • Place a cooker or kadai on medium flame.

  • Take 1 cup semolina, ¾ cup milk and 3 tbsp sugar in a mixing jar.

  • Blend.

  • Add ½ tsp cardamom powder.

  • Add ½ tsp baking powder in the last.

  • Mix well.

  • Grease mould.

  • Transfer batter in the mould.

  • Place one stand or bowl in kadai.

  • Now place mould on the bowl / stand.

  • Cover and cook 25-30 minutes on low flame.

  • Check, if needle comes out clean then it is ready.

  • Remove mould from the pan and let it cool down.

  • Demould it.

  • Cut pieces.

  • Grease a plate and place cake pieces on the greased plate.

  • Bake on low flame.

  • After 15 minutes, check. If it is golden brown then flip and bake from the other side.

  • When all toast is done, let it cool down.

  • It will crisp.

  • Store in a airtight container.
