Suji Crunchy Toast/Rusk

Hello folks, a perfect recipe for all those who love toast. So I am sharing a recipe of Suji Toast in kadai. I will help you all to know how to prepare it. I will guide you with all processes involved and ingredients involved in making of the tastiest , crunchy Suji Toast you will ever prepare.
Ingredients:
Semolina - 1 cup
Milk - ¾ cup
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp
Baking Powder - ½ tsp
Instructions:
Place a cooker or kadai on medium flame.
Take 1 cup semolina, ¾ cup milk and 3 tbsp sugar in a mixing jar.
Blend.
Add ½ tsp cardamom powder.
Add ½ tsp baking powder in the last.
Mix well.
Grease mould.
Transfer batter in the mould.
Place one stand or bowl in kadai.
Now place mould on the bowl / stand.
Cover and cook 25-30 minutes on low flame.
Check, if needle comes out clean then it is ready.
Remove mould from the pan and let it cool down.
Demould it.
Cut pieces.
Grease a plate and place cake pieces on the greased plate.
Bake on low flame.
After 15 minutes, check. If it is golden brown then flip and bake from the other side.
When all toast is done, let it cool down.
It will crisp.
Store in a airtight container.
