Ingredients:

  • 250g - paneer (cubed)

  • 1 cup - mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, and carrots, thinly sliced)

  • 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce

  • 1 tbsp -soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp - tomato ketchup

  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste

  • 2 tsp -vinegar

  • 4-5 tsp - kashmiri red chili powder

  • ½ tsp -Salt or to taste

  • 3 tbsp - oil

  • 1 tbsp - spring onion chopped

  • Spring onions for garnish


Instructions:


  • Make red chilli sauce - prepare paste of 4-5 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder and roast till oil releases.

  • Heat oil in a pan or wok on medium-high heat.

  • Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until fragrant.

  • Add sliced vegetables and stir-fry until they are slightly tender but still crisp.

  • Add paneer cubes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until paneer is lightly golden.

  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, red chili powder, and salt.

  • Pour the sauce mixture over the paneer and vegetables. Stir well to coat evenly.

  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.

  • Garnish with chopped spring onions.

  • Serve hot as a starter or with steamed rice/noodles.
