Ingredients:
250g - paneer (cubed)
1 cup - mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, and carrots, thinly sliced)
2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
1 tbsp -soy sauce
1 tbsp - tomato ketchup
1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
2 tsp -vinegar
4-5 tsp - kashmiri red chili powder
½ tsp -Salt or to taste
3 tbsp - oil
1 tbsp - spring onion chopped
Spring onions for garnish
Instructions:
Make red chilli sauce - prepare paste of 4-5 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder and roast till oil releases.
Heat oil in a pan or wok on medium-high heat.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
Add sliced vegetables and stir-fry until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
Add paneer cubes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until paneer is lightly golden.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, red chili powder, and salt.
Pour the sauce mixture over the paneer and vegetables. Stir well to coat evenly.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.

Serve hot as a starter or with steamed rice/noodles.
