Hello friends, today we will be making a simple gujrati snack named Rava Handvo. It is a very simple yet low calorie snack.
The process of making handvo is very easy to follow and ingredients are easily available in general household.
Ingredients:
Suji (semolina) - 1/2 cup
gram Flour - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Veggies - cabbage, capsicum, carrot, beans, green
chilli, chopped ( all in total 1.5 cup)
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Black Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
White Sesame Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves - 4-5
Oil - 2 tsp
