Ingredients:

½ cup - almond

½ cup - cashew

¼ cup - pistachio

1 tsp - cardamom seeds

½ tsp - black pepper

1 tsp - dry ginger powder

7-8 - saffron strings

1 tsp - turmeric powder

¼ tsp - nutmeg


Instructions:


  • Roast all the nuts lightly before grinding for enhanced flavor.

  • To make masala milk powder, you can blend together ingredients like turmeric powder dried ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper and nutmeg mentioned in the ingredients section.

  • Mix 1 tsp of masala milk powder in one cup of milk.
