Kaju Katli Recipe

Hello friends, ever wondered how we can make restaurant style dishes at home with minimal steps and preserving the same taste. The simple ingredients used are mentioned below.

Here the recipe is Kaju Kali


With minimal steps you can make kaju katli in no time. This is the sweet that can be made within minutes on festive season. You will not believe that you can make this exotic taste sweet.


Ingredients:

  • Cashew- 1 cup

  • Sugar - 1/2 cup

  • Water - 1/4 cup

  • Ghee - 1 tbsp

  • Cardamom Powder- 1/2 tsp


Instructions:

  • Make cashew in powder form. Cashew wil be fresh.

  • For sugar syrup, mix 1/2 cup sugar in 1/4 cup water.

  • After sugar dissolves , cook syrup for a while.

  • Add cashew powder and cook til it turns into a dough form.

  • Add cardamom powder.

  • Add 1 tbsp ghee.

  • Transfer in another plate.

  • Place the dough on a wooden surface.

  • Roll down the dough.

  • Make a roti.

  • Thickness will be 3 mm

  • Cut into diamond shape.



Note

  • Sugar will be half of the cashew.

  • So if cashew is 1 cup then sugar will be 1/2 cup.

  • For sugar syrup no need of one string syrup.

  • Thickness will be 3 mm.
