Broccoli Soup Recipe


Hello friends, ever wondered how we can make restaurant style dishes at home with minimal steps and preserving the same taste. The simple ingredients used are mentioned below. Here I am sharing a delicious, nutritious and mouthwatering recipe of Broccoli Soup. Hope you will love 💕 it.



Here are ingredients:


  • Broccoli - 300 g

  • Garlic - 1 tsp chopped

  • Onion - 1 tbsp chopped

  • Water - 3 cups

  • Milk - 250 ml

  • Cornstarch - 1 tbsp

  • Salt - 1 tsp+ 1 tsp(2 times)

  • Black Pepper - ½ tsp+¼ tsp(2 times)

  • Cumin Powder - ½ tsp

  • Oil - 1+1 tbsp(2 times)

  • Butter - 1tbsp


Instructions:


  • Clean and wash broccoli.

  • Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan.

  • Sauté onion and garlic for 1 minute.

  • Add 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper.

  • Add 3 cups of water.

  • Boil 4-5 minutes.

  • Let it cool down.

  • Blend broccoli.

  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.

  • Add 1 tbsp butter.

  • When butter melts, add 1 tbsp cornstarch.

  • Roast for a while.

  • Add broccoli purée.

  • Add  1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp  black pepper and 1/2 tsp cumin powder.

  • Boil for 4-5 minutes.

  • Broccoli Soup is ready.

  • Serve fresh.


Garnish with fresh cream.
