Ingredients:
250 g - pointed gourd (parwal) deskinned
½ cup - roasted chana powder
¼ - roasted peanuts powder
2 tsp - bharwa sabji masala
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
½ teaspoon - turmeric powder
1 teaspoon - red chili powder (adjust to your spice preference)
1 teaspoon - dry mango powder
2 teaspoon - coriander powder
1 teaspoon - garam masala
1 teaspoon - Salt or to taste
Instructions:
Wash the pointed gourds thoroughly and make a lengthwise slit in each one, removing any seeds if present.
In a mixing bowl, combine roasted chana powder, roasted peanuts powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,dry mango powder,garam masala, bharwa sabji masala and salt.
Stuff the parwal with the spices mixture, ensuring they are filled evenly.
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil.
Arrange the stuffed parwal in a single layer. Cook them on medium heat until they become tender and slightly browned, turning them occasionally to cook evenly.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, naan, or rice.

Suggestion
Stuffed vegetables are very tasty, but it takes a lot of oil and spices, only then they become tasty.
Here I've shared this recipe without onion and garlic but using garlic and onion is yours choice.
If you are using onion and garlic then make a fine paste and saute in oil and then mix in the stuffing mixture.
For non vegetarian version,minced meat can be combined with spices and stuffed.
